It’s where our parts inventory is stocked, where our fleet of field service vehicles is based, and where our bench technicians perform in-house repairs and in-lab testing before equipment is returned or delivered. From Westbury, we dispatch technicians across all of Nassau and Suffolk Counties, typically within a few hours of your call during business hours. Long Island has one of the densest concentrations of life-sciences work anywhere in the country. Our technicians regularly service equipment at research institutions, teaching hospitals, academic medical centers, and countless commercial biotech and pharmaceutical labs.
Because our main inventory is already on Long Island, we don’t have to wait for parts to ship in from out of state.
