Most Albany, Troy, Schenectady, and Saratoga calls receive an on-site technician the same business day, often within 3–4 hours of dispatch. Poughkeepsie, Kingston, and the mid-Hudson Valley are typically next-day for non-emergencies and same-day for emergencies. Service-contract customers receive priority scheduling throughout the region.
